Shipping policy
Canada: Standard shipping charges are shown at checkout. However, in rare cases, additional delivery fees imposed by the carrier (e.g. remote location surcharges, redelivery attempts, or address issues) may apply. These are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
Nova’s Sports Cards is not responsible for misplaced, stolen, or lost parcels that are marked as delivered by the parcel service. To ensure secure delivery, customers should consider selecting in-store pickup or choosing a shipping option that requires a signature upon delivery.
Nova’s Sports Cards carefully packages all shipments to ensure products arrive in their original condition.
- If your package is damaged upon arrival, immediately contact the parcel service as they are responsible for transit-related damages.
- If the contents inside the package are damaged, notify novassportscardsinc@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photos and order details. We will assist with an appropriate resolution.
- Minor scuffs, tears, or shrink-wrap separation that do not impact product integrity do not qualify for compensation.
Orders selected for in-store pickup will be held for one week after fulfilment, unless stated otherwise.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup.
- To authorize another person to pick up your order, email novassportscardsinc@gmail.com with the order number and the authorized person’s details. The delegate must also present valid ID.
Sales tax is applied based on the destination province and or territory.
Nova’s Sports Cards endeavours to fulfil orders within 3 business days.
