Prices for TAG Canada's different grading options, as well as requirements, submission forms, restrictions, and frequently asked questions are listed below.

    $32.50 per card + tax

    $50.00 per card + tax

    • TAG Score (1000 Pt. Score in QR)

TAG Canada offers additional levels of insurance for your cards which applies after TAG Canada receives them in Mississauga, ON. and for return shipping to Nova's Sports Cards. These options are indicated on the TAG Grading Submission form, and are additional coverage for your entire submission, NOT per card. Additional fees apply for these options.

Nova's Sports Cards charges an additional fee of $4.00 plus tax* per customer submission for shipping + insurance
*+$0.75 plus tax per card, over 10 cards submitted

  • Card Prep

    Cards must be individually prepared. Each card must be placed inside a penny sleeve, and then placed inside a semi-rigid card saver. More details can be found in the TAG Grading FAQ below.

  • TAG Canada Submission Form

    Form which indicates which level of TAG Grading you would like (TAG Grade or TAG Score)*, the number of cards submitted, as well as any additional insurance options you would like to purchase from TAG Canada.

  • Declaration of Value Form

    Form from Nova's Sports Cards which helps our team ensure your submission is organized, as well as protected and insured during shipping.

*NOTE: If you want to submit some cards with TAG Grade and some with TAG Score, you will need two (2) separate TAG Canada Submission forms- one for each level of grading. You only require one (1) Declaration of Value Form.

TAG Canada Grading Submissions - FAQ

What are the forms I need to submit?

The TAG Canada Submission Form is from TAG Canada. The form collects your information, the amount of cards you are submitting, and any additional insurance options you are choosing from TAG Canada.

If you wish to have some of your cards graded using TAG Grade, and some with TAG Score, you will need to fill out two (2) of these forms- one for each type of grading.

These forms are per submission, not per card, so the maximum you'll need for a submission is two!

The Declaration of Value Form is from Nova's, and helps our team ensure your cards are protected during shipping, as well as submitted correctly! This form is filled out with current market values of the cards you are submitting for grading.

What kinds of cards are eligible to be graded with TAG Canada?

How should I prepare my cards for submission?

Cards should be individually penny-sleeved, and then placed inside a semi-rigid card saver.
You can also refer to TAG Canada's website on how to properly prepare your cards for submission!

Nova's Sports Cards can also prepare your cards for submission in-store, at a rate of $1.50 per card!

Instructions From TAG Canada on submission preparation are listed below:

1. Place each card in a soft sleeve and then a semi-rigid card shield. Semi-rigid card shields are preferred to minimize the risk of card movement in transit. 3 5/16th x 4 7/8 semi-rigids such as Card Saver I are required.

Please refrain from sealing semi-rigids with clear tape or stickers or placing individual cards in team bags, which can delay the processing of cards by our Receiving Team.

Please do not send cards to TAG in top loaders, one-touch magnetic cases, screw-down holders, or Ultra-Pro Card Preservers. Orders sent which do not submit cards in semi-rigid shields may be subject to processing delays and handling fees.

2. Package the cards together between slightly larger pieces of cardboard with painters tape to secure the package.

3. Secure the cards with additional outer protection such as bubble wrap or shipping paper. order documentation, such as your packing list from your Affiliate Store.

Do you carry the supplies I need to prepare my cards for submission?

Will you prepare my cards for me?

Yes! Nova's Sports Cards can also prepare your cards for submission in-store, at a rate of $1.50 per card!

What grade will my card get?

Nova's Sports Cards makes no guarantee of what grade your card will receive.

What do the different grades mean?

The industry standard for card grading is a scale from 1-10, with 10 being the best. TAG Canada's highest grade is a 10P, or Pristine 10!

Do you accept mail-in submissions?

Currently, we do not accept mail-in submissions, nor do we currently mail cards back to customers after they have been graded and returned to store. All cards must be dropped off in-store to submit for grading, and picked up in-store after grading.

Is there a limit to how many cards I can submit?

Currently, we do not have a limit on how many cards you can submit!

How do I track my submission?

You can track your submission at my.taggrading.com using the same email address as indicated on your submission form!

From TAG Canada: When your cards have arrived at TAG, you should see them updated in the my.taggrading.com portal as Received within 5-10 business days of arrival to TAG Canada's facility. Please allow the Receiving Team this time to process incoming orders with proper unboxing protocol and inspections before approving orders to move forward.

Are my cards insured when I send them to be graded?

Yes! Nova's Sports Cards charges a fee per submission to cover shipping and insurance costs to TAG Canada's facility in Mississauga, Ontario.
TAG Canada offers different levels of insurance for your cards that begins after they receive them in Mississauga, ON and applies until we receive your cards again in-store. These options have additional fees associated with them and are available on the TAG Grading Submission Form.

How will I know my cards have been returned from grading?

Nova's Sports Cards will use the same email address as listed on the submission form to contact customers and let them know their cards have returned from grading!
